    We host at least one ‘Open’ house per week and allow an unlimited number of private viewings until your property is rented. Virtual ‘walk through’ videos are also made available to international clientele who are properly vetted but unable to tour the home in person.

    We’ve partnered with Renti to make the process of arranging tenant appointments as straight-forward and efficient as possible. We run a detailed background and credit check on preferred applicants, updating you with a weekly report and viewing feedback throughout the entire process.

  • We diligently carry out detailed inspections every quarter. The process includes a full exterior and interior visit to assess maintenance and general condition of the property. Clients receive the results of these inspections via e-mail shortly after our site visit, and can review the results through our online portal at any point in the future. Closely monitoring each property protects your investment, maintaining and preserving the beauty of your home.

  • Part of protecting your investment means investing in high-quality maintenance and repairs. We leverage our connections with the top tradespeople on the island to deliver top-notch, fairly-priced work. In many cases, our management fee is voided by the account discounts secured by our professional network.

    All contractors are third-party, independent service providers who have all been vetted by Our Island. A copy of each contractor’s current insurance certificate is also held on file.

    Tenants also have the ability to log non-urgent maintenance requests via our online Tenant Concierge Service. We monitor an after-hours emergency phone line to report any urgent maintenance issues. Because we are locally-based, we are always on deck nearby to address any problems. 

  • We utilise leading technology platforms that streamline all aspects of the management process, from monitoring arrears, scheduling inspections, and reviewing current market trends in order to continue maximising property profitability. 

    All rental funds are held in a secure trust account before being paid out monthly. For ease of record keeping, statements and invoices are stored and available 24/7 within our secure online portal, summarised in clear monthly and annual statements for the property owner.
