After running a successful electrical business in Wellington for years, Wayan turned his attention to property renovation and investments. His training is brought to the forefront when it comes to the care and attention of our property portfolio, making sure no detail goes unnoticed.
When it comes to a passion for Waiheke, Wayan’s enthusiasm is unmatched. As a people-connector, he’s the man who will introduce you to everyone on the island. And since he enjoys easy access to golf, sailing, and more, he’ll be the first to admit that his idea of a great holiday is going nowhere at all.

Kelsey’s marketing and design background lends a fresh, artistic perspective to the team. As a mother of two, Kelsey was first drawn to Waiheke by its strong, inspiring sense of community, and has jumped headfirst into local school projects and creative endeavours. Previously, Kelsey ran a series of boutique guest apartments in Britomart, bringing years of invaluable property management experience to the Our Island team.
